Routine vaccinations valid at time of departure

MPI official health certificate to depart NZ

Airline booking to secure cargo space

IATA approved travel crate large enough to accommodate your pet (MPI will check these crates during inspection)

Paperwork correctly completed and signed by your regular veterinarian
